The Government

The 'Elects' only cater to the rich Pakaasu's needs so they can stay in power.
The islands are split up into large districts ran by more powerful nobles. Some are more kind than others in terms of ruling the lands. They dictate the roles of poor Pakaasu and let the 'lesser' nobles of their district do as they please.

Relationships with Other Clans
Juuou Clan- Their best friend...and worst enemy. These two clans have been at odds for years. The Geefe Clan lets the Juuou Clan pillage and kidnap those of lesser status, but hates when nobles are taken. They love to mess around with their plans of domination and considers the Juuou Clan to have Pakaasu at the same stature as their own.
Kiiai Clan- The Geefe Clan view the Kiiai Clan as boring. Sticking to traditions is not the Geefe Way. They trade and tend to argue over politics. If someone is a criminal in the Geefe Clan, they tend to send them over to the Kiiai Clan.
Maaha Clan- The Geefe Clan views the Maaha Clan as lesser Pakaasu. They enjoy working with the Maaha Clan for trading, for it boosts their own self esteem. There are plans to take over the Maaha Clan and make it apart of theirs, but they are fine with using them to screw over the Juuou Clan.
